&middot; Actively manage dependencies and establish relationships with dependent teams to ensure timely resolution of dependencies<br>

&middot; Implement, reinforce and explain the "why" behind the team rules â such as Scrum, XP, WIP limits, DoR, DoD and any other process rules the team has agreed.<br>

&middot; Lead team efforts in relentless improvement â Help the team improve and take responsibility for their actions and team improvements.<br>

&middot; Facilitate and teach problem-solving techniques and help the team become better problem-solvers for themselves.<br>

&middot; Organizes and facilitates root cause analysis workshops.<br>
<br>
&middot; Teach, Coach and Mentor Product Owner. PO manages value. SM manages delivery.<br>

&middot; Demonstrates expertise in identifying agile anti-patterns and proven success in providing solutions and results in changing the mindset, behavior and influences that cause them.<br>

&middot; Provide strategic insights to the management team and continuously refine delivery methodologies and frameworks to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall project success<br>

&middot; Supports the Scaled Agile adoption across the ART and Org â conducts trainings, leads improvements and participates in the CoP.<br>

&middot; Owns preparation and readiness for ART events<br>

&middot; Demonstrates an invested interest in the solution, the team and organization's goals.<br>

&middot; Learn and speak to what the team is building and the business impact it will create.<br>

&middot; Understand the technology stack of the solution â not a technical, deep understanding but can explain how the solution works and the general architecture<br>

&#9;<li>Bachelors degree required. 7+ years experience performing in multiple agile roles in software development.
&#9;<li>SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or other leading agile certification is required.
&#9;<li>2+ years of experience at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies preferred.
&#9;<li>Ability to be onsite St. Louis, MO&nbsp;up to three days a week.
&#9;<li>In person for the week of PI Planning.
