Trade Marketing Coordinator ROLE SUMMARY We are looking for a National Trade Marketing Coordinator to help the Trade Marketing team execute trade program timelines, milestones and asset deployment. This role will be highly cross functional as it will deliver against three teams each owning a piece of the portfolio. The Trade Marketing Coordinator will help catapult the National Trade Marketing team to deliver and execute best in class trade programs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Internal Team Coordination
Liaise with Regional Trade Marketing teams on region needs
Organize agenda for weekly Regional Trade Marketing Director x National Trade Marketing Director touch bases
Coordinate bi-monthly brand case recommendations across the Trade Senior Leadership Team
Support 360 Trade Planning deck development
Own Trade specific email listservs (TPEM etc)
Liaise with internal digital/sales ops team for Trade Banners and Opt-in Graphics
Develop monthly department newsletter (competitive, program updates/recaps)
Buying Window Management
Coordinate bi-monthly wholesaler buying window cadence across the Trade Marketing team which includes but not limited to scheduling cross functional meetings and calls, organizing a PPT shareout of brand information and working across divisions on program buildout workstreams
Write Wholesaler facing communications with Trade, Legal and Corp Comm teams to announce new trade programs
Manage digital creation & submission of Buying Window announcement creative with marketing, graphics design agency and infrastructure team
Asset Library Management
Manage asset upload calendar/schedule for timely uploads of assets
Bi-monthly check ins on marketing and Big Tin Can ensuring up to date creative and assets are loaded
Working across Trade Marketing Managers to remove/revise/upload assets tied to business needs
