Test Engineer
 

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to focus on delivering high-quality software solutions in a remote capacity. This role is centered on testing and quality assurance for our CRM application, MS Dynamics365 BOSS365, using cutting-edge automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure software quality.
  • Design, execute, and maintain automated and manual test plans based on system requirements and specifications.
  • Utilize testing tools (e.g., EasyRepro, Selenium, Cucumber) to validate application functionality.
  • Conduct defect documentation, tracking, and regression testing for continuous improvement.
  • Define and report key quality assurance metrics to measure and enhance testing efficiency.
  • Ensure effective testing of web services and APIs, with an emphasis on bug impact and resolution communication.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in software testing and quality assurance.
    • Hands-on expertise with automation tools like EasyRepro, Selenium, and Cucumber.
    • Familiarity with SQL, scripting, and CRM platforms.
    • Knowledge of QA methodologies and defect management practices.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and in teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB) or testing tools.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP CRM).
  • Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks and CRM application testing.
