Job Title: End User Support Specialist
Location: Columbia, MO 
Travel: Support several office buildings within a 1-2 hour radius (reliable transportation required; mileage reimbursed)

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of troubleshooting, supporting, and enhancing the user experience for a variety of devices across the organization. If you thrive on solving problems, helping others, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:
  • Hands-on Support: Manage and maintain a variety of tech devices, including laptops, desktops, rugged laptops, and iPads. You’ll provide hardware troubleshooting and software support, ensuring all systems are running smoothly.
  • Mobile Device Mastery: Get involved in the deployment, enrollment, and cellular activation of mobile devices (iPhones and iPads), and provide assistance with imaging and re-imaging to keep everything up-to-date and fully functional.
  • Tech Support for Training: Assist in technical support during training classes, making sure everything goes off without a hitch.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Provide support for major releases and updates of key applications, ensuring seamless transitions and continued efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Help manage spare equipment, ensuring everything is properly tracked and available when needed.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A passion for technology and helping others troubleshoot and solve problems
  • Solid knowledge of device management, including break/fix for hardware and software, mobile device setup, and image re-imaging
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-tier support to our team
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple locations within a 1-2 hour radius (mileage reimbursed)
