IT Support Specialist – Local Candidates Wanted!

We’re searching for an IT Support Specialist who’s not just a tech wizard—but also a people person. This is a high-visibility role where you'll be the frontline of support for both our corporate team and a network of remote users across the country.

You’ll wear many hats: device wrangler, software troubleshooter, VIP whisperer, and remote support champion.
What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver white-glove, high-touch IT support across both Mac and Windows environments

  • Troubleshoot issues for users in-office and across remote locations nationally

  • Support mobile devices of all flavors—iPhones, Androids, tablets, and beyond

  • Set up and deploy new laptops, workstations, and software with precision and care

  • Solve video conferencing hiccups on the fly (Zoom, Teams, and more)

  • Maintain a clean, organized IT lab and inventory system

  • Document tickets and resolutions in ServiceNow

  • Identify and escalate trends before they become bigger issues

  • Collaborate across teams including network, security, and operations

  • Pitch ideas for better processes and smarter tech usage

  • Rotate into after-hours on-call schedule for critical support coverage
What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience

  • Strong experience supporting both Mac and PC operating systems

  • You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and remote support tools

  • Experience in Active Directory; bonus points for SCCM, Intune, and Azure

  • Familiarity with basic networking and AV/meeting room setups

  • Experience supporting mobile platforms (Apple & Android)

  • Organized, calm under pressure, and customer-service obsessed

  • Top-tier communication and problem-solving chops
