Job Description

Technical Project Manager

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 base, plus 5% bonus eligibility

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management training strategies and processes for Technology Teams.
  • Analyze, plan, and create project requirements and standards.
  • Manage and oversee daily tasks of technical teams, ensuring projects meet milestones efficiently.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to monitor progress and address project-related questions or challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roles and responsibilities.
  • Work closely with the Executive Team to enhance capabilities, improving analytics support for Client Teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field required.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP or similar) preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
  • Experience in analytics development and transforming insights into actionable outcomes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience establishing these frameworks for teams.
  • A proactive and accountable leader with experience supervising technical teams.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and experience promoting teamwork in a high-level environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to foresee challenges and address obstacles in advance.
  • Expertise in statistical techniques and data analysis methods, with the ability to inform business strategy and communicate with leadership.
  • Experience with modern data analysis tools, data visualization, and advanced analysis queries.
  • Knowledge of emerging data sets and techniques for integrating them into actionable insights.
