Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 base, plus 3% bonus eligibility
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Utilize your development background to contribute to innovative software solution designs, offering insights into technical capabilities and limitations to drive creative problem-solving.
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in our software solutions.
Design Translation: Transform design requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team. Create comprehensive documentation to ensure smooth implementation and support future maintenance.
Technical Collaboration: Partner with developers, UX/UI designers, and other technical teams to align project goals and design strategies while balancing technical constraints. Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical team members.
Quality Assurance: Review and validate technical designs to confirm they meet functional requirements and performance standards. Assist in troubleshooting and testing to resolve design-related issues.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices. Use this knowledge to propose enhancements and drive continuous improvement in software development processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a technical role, such as software development or business analysis, with a solid understanding of software design principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, iPaaS, SQL, Microsoft PowerApps, and programming languages like Python is a plus.
