Senior Software Quality Engineer

Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer to lead testing efforts on complex, high-impact software features. This role is ideal for a technically savvy QA professional with strong automation skills, a solid understanding of development lifecycles, and the ability to drive quality across teams.
Responsibilities

  • Lead test planning, execution, and release coordination.

  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks.

  • Perform functional, regression, UI, and data validation testing.

  • Read and interpret code (primarily C#) to support white-box testing.

  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality standards.

  • Own release management and test coverage across features.
Requirements

  • 4+ years in QA, test automation, or software engineering roles.

  • Proficient in C#, SQL, Cypress, and tools like Splunk, Git, and Jenkins.

  • Experience with automated testing and modern QA practices.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to learn complex business logic quickly and work independently.
Preferred

  • Experience with React/Redux.

  • Background in test-driven development and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Ability to grow into a leadership role within QA.
