We're looking for a dynamic, experienced Program Manager to drive complex, high-impact projects from planning to execution. ? What You’ll Do:
You’ll join a high-performing PMO and lead transformational IT initiatives, partnering across business and tech teams to align strategy with delivery. This role involves juggling multiple moving parts — from vendor management to stakeholder communications — all while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on point.
? Key Responsibilities:
Define and refine project/program scope and quality in partnership with leadership
Proactively identify risks, resource needs, and dependencies — and lead resolution efforts
Oversee internal and external teams, including vendor deliverables and accountability
Conduct project reviews, manage change control processes, and champion continuous improvement
Lead with influence, diplomacy, and a strong understanding of both the business and technical landscapes
Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders while maintaining a strong culture and team alignment

? What We're Looking For:
7+ years of project/program management experience
Proven success leading enterprise-level IT application development projects
Exceptional communication skills, from team members to C-suite
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with calm and confidence
Strong experience with project methodologies, lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement
Strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence and an agile mindset
Local to the St. Louis area and open to a hybrid work environment
? Bonus Points For:
A bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field
Background in data strategy or analytics
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery
