Job Description

Technical Service Desk Manager for a National asset protection employer (vehicle warranty)** must be willing to work in-office **** must be directly hireable without sponsorship (now or future - typically US citizen or Greencard) **
Responsible for hiring, training, developing, and managing technical support representatives to provide support coverage across all North American Broker/Dealer sellers (all North America time zones).
Must have 5 years' experience functioning in a similar roleLooking for O365 experience and supporting custom-developed systems/software.
