Job Description

Release Train Engineer - Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools, such as the Program Kanban and other information radiators- Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment- Help manage risks and dependencies- Work with Scrum Master(s) where applicable and facilitate periodic synchronization events, including the ART syncWork with the Agile Coach(es) to identify and implement relentless improvement efforts- Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing the practices associated with DevOps and Release on Demand in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline- Track Quantitative and Qualitative measurements throughout the PI and beyond- Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and help them improve- Help drive the Lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle- Work with the Agile Program Management Office (APMO) on program execution and operational excellence- Escalate and track impediments- Help manage risks and dependencies Must Haves- SAFe and basic Agile Prefer certification as RTE in SAFe or at least certification as coach for SAFe
