Project Coordinator – IT Software Development Are you organized, proactive, and ready to be the glue that holds IT projects together? In this role, you’ll partner with project managers, financial analysts, and technical leads to coordinate resources, manage project logistics, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Support project managers by tracking schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Assist financial analysts with budget creation, tracking, and variance resolution.
Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders; reconcile and validate invoices.
Help maintain project documentation — risk logs, issue logs, and decision registers.
Prepare and update project status reports and slide decks.
Facilitate and document meetings, follow up on action items, and keep communication flowing.
Ensure projects follow established governance processes and stay audit-ready.
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role.
Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Microsoft Project.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience considered.
