Project Manager
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join an established and collaborative project delivery organization. This role will work within a mature team structure that includes Project Managers, Scrum Masters, a Program Lead, and multiple consulting PMs.

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded, hands-on PM with strong foundational project management skills, the ability to quickly grasp technology concepts, and a proven track record of driving projects forward in complex, cross-functional environments. This position requires excellent communication, financial acumen, and the ability to coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors toward successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects using iterative waterfall and traditional project management methodologies

  • Own end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality

  • Manage project financials, forecasting, and budget tracking

  • Develop and deliver clear, concise status reporting to leadership and stakeholders

  • Support governance processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and controls

  • Drive strong internal communications, primarily within digital and grid-based teams

  • Coordinate and collaborate across multiple teams to align priorities and deliverables

  • Work directly with external vendors, including:

    • Managing contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs)

    • Facilitating vendor alignment and accountability

  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues

  • Translate technical concepts into clear business-focused communication to guide teams toward the desired end solution
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex initiatives

  • Strong foundational PM skill set, including:

    • Financial and budget management

    • Status reporting and executive communication

    • Risk and issue management

    • Cross-team coordination

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams and bring vendors and stakeholders together

  • Experience working with technology-driven projects and the ability to quickly understand technical nuances

  • PMP certification required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working in consulting or matrixed environments

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving structure where needed

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal partners and external vendors
