We’re looking for a Lead Project Manager who can take charge of the most complex, high-budget technology projects while also mentoring and guiding other Project Managers across the organization.
This isn’t just about managing timelines—it’s about steering multimillion-dollar, multi-vendor projects that directly impact the business, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and fully tested to perform as expected.
What you’ll do:
Lead large-scale projects with budgets over $1M, managing multiple workstreams (requirements, development, testing).
Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, success criteria, and business goals.
Build detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, then keep everything on track.
Oversee test planning and validation to ensure solutions work as intended before launch.
Manage and align multiple vendors and partners to deliver results.
Anticipate risks and create contingency plans to minimize disruption to the business.
Deliver clear, timely progress updates to stakeholders at all levels.
Serve as a mentor to other Project Managers, setting best practices and creating tools/templates for success.
Conduct project reviews and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
What makes you a strong fit:
7+ years of project management experience, with a track record of leading large and complex initiatives.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple moving parts aligned.
Excellent communicator who can bridge technical and business teams.
Skilled at managing external vendors and internal stakeholders alike.
Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, MS Office, Visio).
Comfortable analyzing project risks and solving problems in high-pressure situations.
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
PMP or Agile certification preferred.
