Job Description

Project Manager

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the development and support of consumer-facing websites and mobile applications. You will collaborate with various stakeholders globally to enhance our applications and keep pace with evolving operations. As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with product owners to manage new feature requests and partner with engineers and analysts to implement effective solutions.
  • Take ownership of team tasks and drive progress.
  • Hold team members accountable for task delivery.
  • Identify and escalate roadblocks to the appropriate teams as needed.
  • Manage content for project sprints and releases.
  • Ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Address individual team member issues and provide constructive feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with leaders regarding team dynamics and challenges.
  • Plan and coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain project plans as necessary.
  • Understand interdependencies with other teams and respond appropriately.
  • Follow up on outstanding deliverables.
  • Assess project status and recommend adjustments to timelines if necessary.
  • Present recommendations to leadership for decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Information Technology.
  • 2+ years in Project Management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work setting.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Commitment to incorporating security into all aspects of work.
Preferred:
  • Scrum Master certification.
  • Strong task management skills with the ability to identify steps needed for solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for formal proposals and guidance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and Visio.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
