Project Coordinator – IT Infrastructure
Hybrid Schedule (Onsite 2x per week) | Local Candidates 

Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and ready to dive into complex IT programs? We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to support major infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives across multiple workstreams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience looking to deepen their expertise and step into a leadership track.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll provide hands-on coordination and administrative support for several technology-driven portfolios. These include:

  • IT Infrastructure – assisting with data center upgrades, equipment refreshes, and lifecycle management

  • Cybersecurity Projects – supporting hardware deployments and risk reduction initiatives

  • Software Licensing & Service Management – helping with renewals, compliance, and vendor coordination

You’ll work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure logistics, purchasing, and documentation run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project leads to initiate and manage purchase requisitions and vendor orders

  • Monitor order status, follow up on deliveries, and resolve delays or discrepancies

  • Assist in tracking budgets, analyzing financial variances, and resolving billing issues

  • Maintain up-to-date logs for risks, decisions, and action items

  • Generate and manage tickets in platforms like ServiceNow

  • Keep project documentation organized and accessible in line with governance standards

  • Support weekly progress updates and help prepare executive summaries or slide decks

  • Set up meetings, record detailed notes, and follow up on assigned tasks

  • Occasionally lead internal meetings to ensure progress stays on track
What You Bring

  • 1 to 3 years in a project coordination, business operations, or corporate support role

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay on top of multiple priorities

  • Clear, professional communication skills – written and spoken

  • A self-starter attitude with a willingness to problem-solve and learn new systems

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and standard productivity tools

  • Experience in technical environments (e.g., networking, data center operations, or hardware/software rollouts) is a big plus

  • Prior work in a structured PMO or formalized project environment is advantageous
Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required – ideally in IT, Business, Project Management, or a similar field
