We’re on the hunt for a Product Coach who knows Aha! inside and out to join our fast-moving team in the finance world. If you're passionate about transforming how teams plan, prioritize, and deliver meaningful products—and you get excited about roadmaps, sprints, and strategy—this could be your perfect gig.
We use Aha! as our product management HQ, and we’re looking for someone who can help teams unlock its full potential. You'll be the go-to expert, trainer, and strategist—coaching product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders on how to get the most out of their workflows. Think of yourself as a mix of product whisperer, Aha! wizard, and Agile cheerleader.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Master the Map: Help teams build and manage clear, actionable roadmaps in Aha! that align with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory realities.
Coach & Train: Onboard new users, run workshops, and empower teams to use Aha! confidently and effectively.
Strategic Partner: Work with product leaders to translate big-picture vision into executable plans—and make sure those plans live happily inside Aha!
Backlog Boss: Guide teams through prioritization techniques that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Sprint Sidekick: Help teams plan and track sprints within Aha!, keeping the workflow smooth and the delivery on point.
Bug Buster & Idea Wrangler: Support tracking of issues, feature requests, and internal suggestions, keeping everything organized and moving forward.
Team Connector: Use Aha!’s collaboration tools to boost transparency and communication across teams.
Insights & Impact: Enable teams to pull the right reports and metrics from Aha! to tell their product story and track success.
Champion of Agile + Value: Bring a mindset rooted in Agile, customer value, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Table:
You’ve configured, customized, and coached others on Aha!—and you love it.
You know your way around product strategy, Agile workflows, and sprint planning.
You’ve worked in or closely with financial services, so words like “compliance,” “risk,” and “audit trail” don’t scare you.
You’re a natural communicator, facilitator, and team energizer.
You’re curious, strategic, and excited to help others grow.
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience leading product operations or coaching in a financial institution.
Know how to juggle multiple teams and priorities without breaking a sweat.
Can turn a complicated product discussion into a simple, visual roadmap (preferably with color-coded swimlanes!).
