Looking for an experienced Program Manager who can play the role of a Senior Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams within a SAFe environment. We're looking for someone who has a strong leadership mindset in both the SAFe process as well as technically to not only support Product and Engineering, but challenge as necessary. This role will include hands-on scrum master support as well as agile coaching as agile teams continue to mature in our newly launched SAFe transformation. Being a self-starter and using a friendly, flexible approach will help with the success of this role.

What You Will Do:
- Lead multiple Agile teams within an Agile Release Train (ART)
- Provide Agile coaching to those in the Agile teams (Product, Engineering) within the various Scrum /SAFe activities
- Partner with the Product Owner and Engineering teams for backlog refinement & prioritization of work for team backlogs
- Play an active role in PI Planning supporting multiple agile teams
- Support Release Train Engineer (RTE) w/in the ART, attending Scrum of Scrums
- Understanding / Analysis of Sprint Metrics to help facilitate team effectiveness, efficiency, maturity
- Support/Participate in RTE/Scrum Master Community of Practice (CoP)
- Facilitate unblocking impediments and tracking/managing risks, dependencies for agile teams
- Be able to drive and explain your team’s analysis to executives
- Be comfortable operating with uncertainty, know how to create order from chaos
- Build credibility and buy-in from teams without authority

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience
8+ years of Program Management experience in an agile software development, Software as a Service, and/or Platform as a Service
Experience in leading multiple agile teams as a senior scrum master
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Miro, Jira, Planview


Preferred Qualifications:
SAFe 5.0 for Lean Enterprises certification/experience
Excellent balance of interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills
Ability to evangelize and represent a technical community
Proven experience in leading globally distributed teams
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
SAFe Agile experience/training, Agile coach, Scrum Master experience/training/certification
Accountable for establishing Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide accountable for the Scrum Team’s effectiveness serves the Scrum Team in several ways, including:
               -Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
-Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
               -Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
               -Run and/or coach/teach Eng teams on Scrum activities - Daily Scrum, Retrospective, Demos, and Sprint Reviews
Ability to communicate business needs to technical people and to communicate and simplify complex technical information for non-technical people
Proven ability to negotiate and problem solve, navigating complex situations and ambiguity
Business Analytics & Reporting skills needed for data driven decisions and team/project reporting
Solid interpersonal skills - building trust and facilitating collaboration across all teams
Strong relationship building/partnering skills with global cross functional teams and the ability to work with varying levels of individual contributors and management.
Experience managing and delivering end user expectations
Ability to motivate, inspire, and influence the team to deliver stellar products and quality
Energetic self-starter who’s passionate about professional integrity and excellence while working with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks, prioritizing time appropriately
Ability to influence peers and managers while dealing with ambiguity – create order out of chaos
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Lead and adapt to change
