Talent Acquisition Advisor
We’re partnering with a large, well-established organization to bring on an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor for a high-impact recruiting engagement. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who enjoys partnering closely with hiring leaders, owning the full lifecycle, and operating in a structured, professional environment where recruiting is taken seriously.

This role is ideal for an agency recruiter who has successfully supported corporate or enterprise clients and is comfortable shifting into a consultative, internally focused TA role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — running intake, shaping recruiting strategy, and driving the process from kickoff through offer.

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles, including sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, offer support, and early onboarding coordination.

  • Proactively build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, including for hard-to-fill and business-critical roles.

  • Ensure a high-touch, professional candidate experience while balancing speed, quality, and compliance.

  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure job requirements are market-aligned, clear, and defensible.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure hiring processes are conducted in a values-based, compliant manner.

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate flow, and stakeholder communication.

  • Participate in recruiting initiatives, projects, and occasional career or community events as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional recruiting experience (agency, corporate, or a blend).

  • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers in a consultative, strategic way — not just take orders.

  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort working with applicant tracking systems (enterprise ATS experience is a plus).

  • Experience recruiting in large or complex organizations is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and executive-facing.

  • High integrity, discretion, and comfort handling confidential information.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
