On-Premise Coordinator
About the Role:

Seeking a highly organized and detail oriented On Premise Coordinator to join our On-Premise Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Omnichannel Marketing Manager for On-Premise, this role will play a critical part in managing the day-to-day operations, creative executions, ensuring seamless program management, and supporting cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple programs, brands, and retailers simultaneously while coordinating day-to-day logistics, maintaining trackers, and ensuring timely campaign execution
    • Supporting chain accounts as needed. Collaborating with Trade Marketing Managers (TMMs) and legal for on premise campaign promotions and alignment
  • Creative Asset Development:
    • Liaison between creative agency and internal teams to develop, refine and finalize all creative assets, ensuring alignment withing internal teams
    • Provide feedback and coordinate revisions to ensure timely and effective delivery of creative materials
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Maintain On-Premise decks, SharePoint and account management files up to date for internal teams while building and updating comprehensive program playbooks, templates and recaps
    • Create program recaps and sizzle sheets for internal share-outs
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Collaboration Skills: High degree of collaboration with the ability to work effectively across internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities and a process-oriented approach to addressing challenges. Ability to manage internal teams while effectively addressing client needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling messaging. Strong communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail, must have effective communication to drive impactful programs
  • (Preferred) Creative Marketing Expertise: In-depth understanding of consumer promotions, agency processes, and shopper marketing best practices. Experience with creative development, working across internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders.
