Qualifications:NICE Engage Call Recording certification – required Experience: Five (5) years of relevant technical or business work experience with the NICE Call Recording and Work Force Management platform Basic knowledge of Cisco Call Manager and how to setup call recording on the device side to include jabber, JVDI, 7962, 8851 and IPC. Application Administration – High competency of NICE Call Recording Application. Onboarding and off-boarding of users, daily trouble tickets, and reporting for Engage. Within QCI and Enlighten, build and maintain evaluation forms, queries and reporting. Production Support – monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, enhancing and providing advanced customer support for NICE suite of tools (NICE Engage, WCI, Enlighten and WFM) Deployment / Implementation – planning and executing the implementation of new teams, applications or system integration and testing for NICE suite of tools
