Job Title: Technical Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Analyst with a strong background in CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role involves optimizing and supporting CRM platforms, driving process improvements, and ensuring system compliance. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in technical analysis, project management, and system integrations.

Key Requirements:

  • CRM Expertise:
    • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
    • 1+ year of experience with D365 for Marketing or Customer Insights.

  • Technical Analysis:
    • 4+ years of experience in technical analysis, including workflow automation, process mapping, data visualization, and reporting.

  • System Testing & Integration:
    • Experience with regression and release testing.
    • Familiarity with managing global system integrations and adhering to data security standards.

  • Project Leadership:
    • Proven ability to lead projects, from requirements gathering to stakeholder communication.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Process Optimization:
    • Ability to evaluate and implement process improvements using KPIs.

  • Documentation & Training:
    • Detail-oriented in documenting system designs and business processes.
    • Ability to create user documentation and conduct training sessions.

  • Problem-Solving & Collaboration:
    • Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring software meets production standards.
    • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with development teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Previous roles as a Software Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.
  • Experience in Agile environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
