Job Description

Manager – Technical .NET / Azure Development (St. Louis for occasional on-site)*** Direct W-2 with generous benefits and flexible work arrangements – UNABLE to do C2C or H1B sponsorship *** Job responsibilities: Oversee the development team for a software productWork with lead software architects to accurately report upon progress, issues, risks & mitigation, and project stateMonitor reliability and performance of all product infrastructure and product performance and suggest improvementsContribute to the software development budgetDesigning appropriate training and product education in collaboration with the product training teamsCreate, review, and maintain policies relevant to internal systemsGuide and mentor junior team members on personal growth and career progressionManage the performance review process of software developmentAssign and manage people resources to ensure all projects are completed on target and on budgetWork with the Product Management team to ensure that development deliverables meet and exceed customer expectationsQualifications:Work experience as an Software Development Manager or similar senior-level position in a software development groupExperience with the Microsoft .Net stack and AzureExperience with building SaaS productsGood understanding of Agile methodologiesHands-on experience in both front-end and back-end developmentEducation: BS in Computer Science (or similar relevant field)
