Mac TechnicianEnvision is seeking an Apple / Mac Technician for our6 months+ role in Mesa, AZ.Pay for this role is targeted at 18 – 22 per hour.Below is a brief outline of what we are seeking for this project. LOCAL CANDIDATES IN THE PHOENIX, AZ AREA REQUIREDNO C2C OR THIRD PARTIES ALLOWEDRole / ResponsibilitiesMac Technician for installing hardware and imaging computers / The purpose of this position is to support Apple specific hardware and software.
The person will be responsible on a regular basis for Tier II Support for all Apple products
The individual will also work in our Apple Management system Jamf Pro heavily to deploy, repair and reprovision devices.
The position will also perform hardware repairs on Apple equipment through Apples Global Service Exchange.
Required Qualifications
Assist with issues on Apple Mac OS or IOS
Manage Mac OS Systems in Jamf Pro
Repair Apple Hardware using Apple Global Service Exchange
Repair Apple Hardware and Software
Collaborate with other parts of the department to work on technology-related projects; other duties as assigned
