Systems Engineer

Overview: We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support the design, implementation, and management of technology solutions. This role involves working with a variety of IT infrastructure technologies and collaborating with a team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze technology solutions, consulting with vendors and applying best practices.
  • Design and implement technical solutions based on system analysis and user requirements.
  • Validate, test, and deploy new products and services.
  • Address incidents escalated from operational teams and handle performance tuning requests.
  • Create and maintain documentation for services and solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Communicate technical issues effectively, both orally and in writing.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in key technologies such as Linux, Windows Server, virtualization platforms, backup architectures, and storage clusters.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and judgment.
  • Ability to work independently with high accuracy and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Experience in enterprise environments and familiarity with systems analysis and functional specifications.

Education:
  • Associate's degree with 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience preferred.
