Job Description

International car rental company seeks a Lead Power BI Engineer. This is a direct hire position paying up to $160K.  Remote position available to applicants who can work directly without sponsorship. Must be located in the continental US. Central time zone workers preferred.

Not looking for a dashboard builder - Looking for Power BI data model development.

Required:
  • 5+ years recent Power BI data model development )
  • 8+ years in data engineering, data modeling, data development and/or ETL
  • Expert knowledge of Power BI Desktop
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI Service (workspaces, apps, mobile, Pro vs. Premium, Pipelines)
  • Significant experience mentoring others in Power BI data modeling optimization techniques and best practices
  • Power Query (M) and DAX
  • Strong SQL 
  • RLS
  • Experience with ALM Toolkit, DAX Studio, Tabular Editor
  • Experience mentoring and leading junior developers
