We’re looking for a talented and driven React/Java Engineer to join our collaborative development team. This is a Level 3 role, ideal for someone ready to take ownership, lead technical conversations, and help build enterprise-grade solutions that matter. You'll work with modern tech, make architectural recommendations, and mentor others—while continuously growing your own skill set.
? What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and enhance high-performance solutions that drive real business value.
Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple technology areas—internally respected, externally impactful.
Lead the way in solution implementations and offer sound recommendations to move our tech strategy forward.
Guide and support junior team members by sharing knowledge and reviewing code.
Collaborate with architects and help refine systems architecture to improve scalability and integration.
Monitor key performance metrics and uphold coding and process standards.
Drive innovation through advanced problem solving, research, and experimentation.
Engage directly with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
Take the lead on building, modifying, and deploying complex systems in cross-functional environments.
Champion code quality through mentorship, testing, and reviews.
? What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of software development experience.
3+ years in UI development (CSS3, HTML5, responsive/adaptive design).
2+ years React.js experience building enterprise applications.
2+ years Java experience, ideally with Spring, Hibernate, and Web Services.
Hands-on experience working in AWS environments.
Experience with Jenkins and version control (Bitbucket/GIT preferred).
Familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Strong understanding of ADA compliance (WCAG AA).
Production support experience and end-to-end SDLC participation.
Proven leadership in large-scale projects.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills.
? Bonus Points For:
Experience with SOA and AOP
Knowledge of MVVM architecture and design patterns
