Implementation Coordinator

Overview:

The Implementation Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and executing project releases within various IT environments. This role is responsible for organizing, tracking, and ensuring that all release activities are completed on time and with accuracy. The coordinator will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, ensuring high-quality standards, proper documentation, and effective communication throughout the process.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in project or implementation coordination, with a focus on task management, resource allocation, and process compliance.
  • Experience managing hardware and software installations or upgrades.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, and their integration with other services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and commitment to maintaining security and compliance standards in all tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, especially under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of project release activities across teams, ensuring tasks are completed according to schedule.
  • Manage resource allocation and dependencies, ensuring tasks stay aligned with project plans.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accuracy and availability to all involved parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide regular status updates to internal teams and external stakeholders regarding project progress.
  • Participate in post-project reviews, offering insights for process improvements in future implementations.
  • Identify and source resources required for successful project execution, ensuring all necessary components are supported.
  • Communicate effectively with external vendors and clients to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project cycle, meeting objectives and service level agreements.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining future projects.
  • Ensure all activities align with security and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure or networking equipment is a plus.
  • Experience leading or coordinating large-scale projects is beneficial.
