Security Administrator
 

We are seeking a Security Administrator to manage user access, enforce security policies, and support system administration across various platforms and applications. This role involves monitoring security compliance, handling account provisioning, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • User & System Security Administration: Manage user accounts and security settings across multiple platforms, including Active Directory, Exchange, Unix, Oracle, SaaS applications, and cloud environments.
  • Policy & Documentation: Maintain and update security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Project Support: Handle security administration for IT projects, ensuring proper access controls are in place.
  • Access Requests & Auditing: Process high-volume access requests efficiently and analyze security audit reports for potential risks.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve security-related issues, escalating as necessary.
  • Business & Compliance Awareness: Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to enhance security protocols.
Qualifications: Required:
  • 2+ years of experience in security administration or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP, along with general IT knowledge.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Experience managing security configurations in enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
  • Experience with Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, AS/400, and Unix account management.
  • Scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, VB).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
