Job Description

Job Title: Lead Information Security Engineer
Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite 3 days a week)


Key Skills Required
  • Identity Governance and Administration (Saviynt, Sailpoint, etc.)
  • Authorization Standards & Protocols (SCIM, REST API)
  • EntraID (AzureID) Identity & Access Management
  • PowerShell Scripting
  • Authentication Standards & Protocols (SAML, OIDC)
Responsibilities
  • Standardize Identity & Access security across our subsidiary portfolio by centralizing access management for locally managed applications and platforms.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather and document requirements for integrating applications and platforms with IAM systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation for securely integrating subsidiary applications into the ecosystem from an IAM perspective.
  • Lead the technical implementation of Identity & Access tools, focusing on the Saviynt IGA platform and EntraID (Azure AD).
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Intermediate experience with Identity Governance & Administration solutions (Saviynt / SailPoint).
  • Proficient in EntraID (Azure AD) or other IDPs.
  • Knowledge of modern authorization methodologies and protocols, including SCIM and REST APIs for user and group management.
  • Understanding of modern authentication methodologies and protocols, including SAML, OAUTH 2.0, multifactor authentication methods, and conditional access policies.
  • Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms for applications and secrets management.
  • Ability to develop project plans for complex initiatives, prioritize various work streams, and address customer needs.
  • Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management implementations.
  • Information Security experience, including risk identification and the implementation of compensating controls.
  • Experience improving Identity and Access Management processes for the cloud using metrics and customer feedback.
  • Experience in auditing security controls and governance, coupled with strong communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of security concepts and their applications.
