IT Project Manager

We’re seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to take ownership of foundational and support initiatives driving a large-scale digital transformation. You’ll step in quickly, assume leadership with minimal hand-holding, and work closely with senior managers, product owners, and testing teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects—software development, integrations, databases, and third-party implementations.

  • Drive teams to define value, manage risks, and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Partner with Agile PMO, vendor management, and senior leadership to align initiatives with strategic objectives.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at Manager/Senior Manager levels (and occasionally Directors+).

  • Communicate clearly—prepare and deliver presentations that articulate progress, risks, and recommendations.

  • Contribute to strategic planning, resource allocation, and roadmap prioritization.

  • Uphold standards for audit, controls, and release management.

Must-Have Expertise 

  • Proven results delivery: Completed projects on time, within budget, and at quality standards.

  • Leadership & soft skills: Collaborative, persuasive, and emotionally intelligent.

  • Adaptability: Experience navigating organizational change.

  • Tools: Strong Jira experience and working knowledge of MS Project (no crash-course training).

  • Risk management: Identifying, mitigating, and communicating risks effectively.

  • Agile methodologies: Practical, hands-on understanding.

Technical Background

  • Solid IT experience in enterprise settings.

  • Exposure to enterprise architecture, testing, and large-scale integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs).

  • PMP certification or relevant degree is a plus but not required.
