Envision is seeking an IT Project Manager with experience with large scale website design / redesign, for our long-term enterprise project in Phoenix, AZ.Â
LOCAL CANDIDATES IN THE PHOENIX, AZ AREA REQUIRED NO C2C OR THIRD PARTIES ALLOWED
Role / Responsibilities:
Adherence to the Governance process by engaging stakeholders, preparing status reports and briefings
Conduct project planning exercises to successfully deliver the project
Vendor Management tasks including deliverable acceptance, milestone payment, contract adherence, and escalations
Budget Management and tracking
Create, track, and deliver project timelines, tasks, and metrics
 IDEAL CANDIDATE
Recent large-scale website design/redesign experience with upgrades or conversions
Ability to influence stakeholders and manage conflict
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively
Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or other project management certifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Seven (7) years as project lead with experience in technology projects involving multiple computer subsystems.Â
Recent large-scale website design/redesign experience with upgrades or conversion.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems or a related field.
Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – The minimum qualifications listed above, plus:
Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or other project management certifications.Â
Master’s degree in business/Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience in IT program or project management?Â
Experience leading IT project management teams
Experience with vendor managementÂ
Experience with software implementation/upgradeÂ
Experience working with, or for, public sector organizationsÂ
Experience with project and portfolio management toolsÂ
Excellent customer service and business relationship communication skills
