Job Description

IT Portfolio Analyst
Must have reporting knowledge (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Knowledge of project management, program management, or portfolio management required.
Experience working with a PPM tool (Planview, etc.) Knowledge of resource allocation and forecasting HUGE plus!
IT governance and experience meeting w/stakeholders would be a perk.
Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

•    Facilitates formal project intake processes and meetings
•    Assist in the support of IT leadership to submit IT roadmap projects into Planview Assists and supports Project and Program leaders in achieving PPM data accuracy
•    Performs periodic audits on effective utilization of PPM
•    Conducts analyses of moderately complex portfolio data sets related to program/portfolio management and resource allocation
•    Supports Program and Portfolio Leadership on the development and publishing of program and portfolio level reports and dashboards including, but not limited to, portfolio mix, effort mix and budget mix; analyzes moderately complex portfolio data to determine portfolio trends to support decision making
•    Assists and supports Project Leaders and Project Managers on the development and publishing of project reports and dashboards including health, budget, and schedule
•    Works with Project and Program leadership to ensure project and program budgets are managed in Planview PPM and assists in the development and publishing of project and program budget reports
