 IT Asset Systems Analyst
Qualifications 
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  2. 5+ years experience with an Asset Management system is required
  3. Experience with Oracle databases and SQL/PLSQL is required
  4. Microsoft technologies, UNIX and Linux, networking and databases required.
  5. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
  6. Knowledge of general ledger platforms, with a strong preference for Oracle.
  7. Significant exposure to large scale processes and process improvement efforts.
  8. Knowledge and/or exposure to Maximo and other work management systems.
  9. Experience in PowerPlan asset management and support is a plus
 SUMMARY 
  1. Will be responsible for the overall management and effective functioning of the Asset Management IT platform. Will interface with outside support providers and third-party contractors to ensure the platform is fully functional and trouble-shoot any operating errors.
  2. Responsible for validating the system integrity of the IT Asset Management Platform as it pertains to all system generated reports.
  3. Must be able to work in a multi-faceted, process centric, high performance team environment with an understanding of how individual responsibilities impact the larger organization accountabilities.
 Key Accountabilities 
  1. Supports all aspects of the Asset Management IT platform in relation to the reporting and accounting functions of Accounting.
  2. Working with Accounting to troubleshoot any production issues
  3. Assist with month end close activities within the IT Asset Management Platform including running processes and addressing errors
  4. Facilitate the timely and accurate settlement of transactions between Oracle EBS and Asset Management in support of all reporting requirements of Accounting.
  5. Interact directly with contractors and outside support providers in the maintenance and system-wide management of the platform.
  6. Perform comprehensive periodic reviews of the system to address deficiencies and formulate corrective measures.
  7. Perform all back-end support functions to ensure accurate reporting to the Cost Repository.
  8. Exercise independent judgment in managing daily operations and resolving issues while remaining accountable for all actions to next-level management.
