Director, Enterprise Networking This is a hybrid on site position located in the St. Louis, MO area.  Candidates MUST reside in the St. Louis, MO area or be willing to relocate upon acceptance.  Relocation assistance is provided.Candidates must have functioned in a Director Level role previously and exhibit strong leadership skills.  This is a critical role with strong career-pathing and upward mobility.At a minimum a Bachelor Degree is required.  A Masters Degree would be preferred. This role is responsible for the strategy, leadership, and execution of Network Engineering, Network Operation, Private LTE Engineering, and Private LTE Operations. Technology scope includes all current IT networking components including routers, switches, microwaves, modems, and cellular, and telecommunications.  Candidate MUST possess experience within all of these network capabilities at an enterprise-wide level.   Fortune 500 experience is strongly preferred. This role offers a competitive compensation package along with both long term and short term incentives. RESPONSIBILITIES (HIGH LEVEL) 
  1. Performs activities related to Network Performance, Lifecycle, Reliability and Problem Management.
  2. Researches and evaluates emerging network and communication technology.
  3. Execution of implementation, support, and maintenance of critical Private LTE core services.
  4. Execution of implementation, support, and maintenance of critical Private LTE towers and supported modems.
  5. Primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining Network strategy, product roadmaps, new technology assessments, and lifecycle management. 
  6. Lead a Network team which is responsible for the oversight, management, troubleshooting, and support of the existing IT production network and its components (Routers, Switches, etc.).  
  7. Primary responsibilities include working with leaders across the enterprise to ensure the network is performing effectively for all business needs.
  8. Lead and manage PLTE strategy, project delivery, engineering, and lifecycle management.  
  9. Proactively identifying employee experience gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities for PLTE technologies. 
  10. Will lead operational support team responsible for PLTE. 
 Qualifications: 
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information System, Business Administration, or equivalent computer related degree from an accredited college or university required. Master’s degree preferred.
  2. 10+ years of related IT experience required with extensive background in Enterprise Networking, Network Engineering, Network Architecture, Infrastructure, Network Security, and Service Management
  3. 3+ years of Director Level supervisory and high-level team/project leadership required. Strong management and effective leadership experience.
  4. Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities; a strategic thinker.
  5. Exceptional ability to lead change and drive operational excellence, removes barriers, acts with a sense of urgency, and leads by example.
  6. Proven track record of delivering complex IT services in a diverse environment.
  7. Impeccable executive presentation and communication skills
  8. Proven track record managing the hosting of large-scale infrastructure platforms or enterprise grade products in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  9. Ability to dive into technical and network architectural details at a granular level
  10. Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions while working through complex issues, program, and business interest related issues.
  11. Experience in large scale design of complex multi-vendor system environment and distributed architectures, in providing network architecture technology oversight, and leading a team of network architects through large scale initiatives.
  12. Proven track record of delivering complex network IT services in a diverse environment.
  13. Significant experience managing large budgets and experience identifying opportunities to optimize IT investments, enhance ROI, and executing efficiencies
