Digital Transformation Leader

Leads the company’s digital transformation strategy, focusing on digital technologies, ERP systems, and AI. Aligns projects with company priorities and NIST best practices, manages the roadmap for digital transformation projects, and ensures smooth transitions from prototypes to full-scale use.

Key Skills:
  1. Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, Power BI, public cloud services, and AI products.
  2. Understands the tech needs of various departments (finance, operations, HR, etc.) and aligns the digital transformation strategy with business goals.
  3. Oversees the development, integration, and maintenance of new digital technologies and ERP releases.
  4. Conducts vendor analysis, security reviews, and creates disaster recovery plans.
  5. Focuses on improving automation and productivity through ERP and other tech solutions.
  6. Maintains accurate records and documentation of processes and technology assets.
  7. Develops effective relationships with departments, senior managers, and vendors. Ensures clear communication of updates and information.
  8. Manages budgets, oversees software licenses, and ensures compliance with technology requirements.
  9. Evaluates and improves supplier performance.
Responsibilities:
  1. Identifies and develops successor candidates, evaluates team needs, and provides feedback and mentoring.
  2. Leads and develops the digital transformation team, manages performance, and ensures high standards.
  3. Handles hiring, training, and performance management while fostering a positive work environment.
  4. Shares goals, expectations, and updates with team members.
  5. Promotes collaboration and resolves conflicts within and between teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5-7+ years of IT leadership experience, including managing digital transformation and ERP projects.
  • Experience with both in-house and outsourced systems, and a manufacturing environment.
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
