Citrix Engineer

You'll be a key player in modernizing and optimizing the end-user experience while working alongside forward-thinking infrastructure and application teams.

We're looking for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys problem-solving at scale. This is more than just a support role—it’s a hands-on engineering position where you’ll help shape the way employees work every day. While the position is remote, STL locals are preferred for occasional in-person collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and optimizing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) deployments in large enterprise environments.

  • Managing Citrix ADC (NetScaler) for secure, high-performance access and load balancing.

  • Simplifying app delivery and image management through Citrix App Layering and related tech.

  • Working across engineering and security teams to ensure a seamless and secure user experience.

  • Troubleshooting complex user and system-level issues across virtual platforms.

  • Tuning performance and overseeing Citrix monitoring and reporting tools.

  • Administering core systems like Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Your Skill Set:

  • Deep knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) in production settings.

  • Strong experience with Active Directory and Windows Server.

  • Familiarity with Citrix ADC (NetScaler) and application layering technologies.

  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services like Azure AD and InTune.

  • Exposure to tools like Terraform, Nerdio, ControlUp, and Windows 365 is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Bonus points for Azure certifications (AZ-140, AZ-104).
