Job Description

CATEGORY SPACE ANALYST – Boise, IDImmediate opening for a Category Space Analyst in the Boise, ID area with an exciting fortune 500 company in the beverage category.  If you are interested in learning more about the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry, have a Bachelor’s degree, strong organizational skills, advanced Excel skills and coursework in Category Management—this is a great opportunity for you!
            Analyze retail and market level data to develop planogram schematics utilizing JDA Space Planning software platform.
  • Develop and analyze merchandise assortments that deliver overall category growth through a combination of internal merchandising tools coupled with retailer specified guidelines. 
  • Create relevant product assortments and optimal space planning that drive sales across the business.
Qualifications:
  • MUST have Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong analytical experience and solid Excel skills. 
  • Hands on experience creating planograms, ideally with JDA or Apollo is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with a wide range of professionals, strong oral and written communication skills, good judgment, time-management skills, and creativity.
  • Excellent organizational skills/ability to prioritize
  • CPG industry, or alcoholic beverage sales experience is a plus.
