Network Systems Analyst
Location: 100% Onsite (Local candidates only) Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shifts (Potential for 2-3 Night Shifts: 6 PM - 1 AM after acclimation)
Overview:
We are seeking a Network Systems Analyst to support the migration and management of network infrastructure. The role requires hands-on experience with networking equipment and technologies, specifically Cisco systems. Familiarity with Extreme Networks is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Perform operational and analytical tasks to support cloud, network, and enterprise infrastructure systems.
Rack, stack, configure, and analyze hardware across network, security, wireless, and cloud environments.
Collaborate with engineering teams to review designs and develop operational processes.
Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and customers, ensuring smooth implementation and resolution of technical issues.
Provide troubleshooting support for hardware, configurations, and infrastructure services, including on-call support.
Deploy and document new network, cloud, or security services.
Monitor systems for performance issues and escalate as needed to ensure timely recovery.
Perform incident management and problem resolution for faulty systems, including network components and configurations.
Deliver infrastructure service requests (e.g., DNS, DHCP, Certificates, VIPs).
Participate in after-hours maintenance activities, including security patching, system updates, and scheduled tasks.
Document processes, update tickets, and ensure adherence to IT Service Management practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong operational knowledge of cloud and network infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with Cisco equipment (REQUIRED).
Familiarity with Extreme Networks is a significant plus.
Ability to perform cross-functional troubleshooting across network, cloud, and security systems.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable.
Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud/network analysis or operations.
Proficiency in analyzing technical designs and providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Strong communication skills to ensure successful collaboration across teams.

This role is 100% onsite; candidates must be local to the area.
Flexibility to work occasional night shifts as required during critical project phases.
