Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY-As a Business Insights Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders across the organization. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, business acumen, and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau along with querying Data warehouses like GCP and AWS using SQL. POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Act as a liaison between the manufacturing team and technical developers within North America and global initiatives.• Help influence and implement an end-to-end vision for how production field data will flow through the organization.• Partner with Supply Chain to define, document, implement and maintain business processes and data workflows.• Merge new systems or methods with existing data structures.• Implement data visualizations and drive reporting solutions based on user needs and feedback.• Develop dashboard to monitor Key Performance Indicators• Working with leaders to enhance a culture of change through data driven decisions.• Partner with sites to ensure quality of data captured and effectively launch and support new processes and tools. REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCESEducation Requirement(s):• Bachelors Degree over 3 plus years minimum experience Skill & Competency Requirements:• SQL is crucial for querying databases to generate insights and reports that help businesses make informed decisions.• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize data and communicate findings effectively.• Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize processes, improve performance, and drive strategic decision-making.• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends related to key business metrics and KPIs. Preferences• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and visualization.
