Job Description

Business Analyst
  • Working knowledge of Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
  • Working knowledge of principles of systems analysis, design, testing and documentation.
  • Working knowledge of general operating principles and capabilities of computer hardware and software.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret functional and technical specifications.
  • Ability to analyze procedures and operations; organize their component parts into system specifications and adapt them to an automated system.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Attention to detail.
Work Schedule: M-F 8 am to 5pm on-site in Jefferson City, MO

Become knowledgeable about the existing system. Will be asked to meet with various staff, as well as several other agencies, to define potential enhancements to the system, what would be involved to implement the enhancements, and potentially develop requirement specifications for said enhancements.

6 month contract with optional extensions
