Technical and Clinical Support – To provide technical and clinical support for software products to all customers, internal and external. Position Summary:This role encompasses all aspects of world-class application support including; troubleshooting technical and clinical workflow, completing routine and preventative maintenance, and article writing in a timely manner while delivering a superior customer experience. Position Duties and Responsibilities:• Provide a superior customer experience by delivering timely communication and problem resolution.• Coordinate/participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner while meeting deadlines• Report customer complaints in accordance with Company Policies.• Communicate in a professional manner to customers and employees.• Prioritize and manage workload.• Article writing for the knowledge management system.• Record accurate and detailed information for all daily activities• Process improvements and first-time fix rates• Support project work (i.e. Installations, upgrade, etc)• Support cross functional initiatives Requirements/Preferences:Education Minimum Requirement - Associates DegreeEducation Preferred - Bachelors Degree Skills & Competency Requirements:1. Experience within the Radiology clinical environment (4+ years)2. Understanding of dataflow in Radiology and related tech stack systems.3. Proven experience with Microsoft, CentOS, Red Hat, PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, Java (scripting), XML, and networking.4. 4+ years in IT/PACS Administration and tech support.5. Superior troubleshooting skills.6. Ability to work individually and in a team environment.7. Results orientated and a life-long learning mindset.
