Job Description

Application Developer

Responsibilities
 
  • Follows established Software Development methodology to develop code on new software and enhancements on existing software.
  • Assists in training lower level Developers and Developer Analysts on established Software Development methodology.
  • Tests, performs root cause analysis on programming issues that arise on existing implementations, and debugs programming to resolve the issues identified.

Qualifications

1. Advanced knowledge of: Java, JavaScript, ASP.NET, and the SQL Server line of RDBMS products.
2. Bachelor's degree, relevant work experience, or completion of software development program.
3. 5-7 years’ experience within a technology related field which includes experience in Software Development.
4.  Experience with software engineering methodologies such as CMM/SEI, RUP or ISO a plus.
