  • Triage, prioritize, assign, and track work requests through completion

  • Evaluate requests at a high level to determine feasibility and appropriate routing

  • Coordinate and schedule architecture and working sessions, including agendas and participant alignment

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

  • Champion Agile principles and help teams continuously improve flow, collaboration, and delivery

  • Identify blockers and work with stakeholders to resolve them

  • Support consistent, lightweight ways of working across API Office initiatives
Operations, Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain and organize API Office documentation, standards, and knowledgebase content

  • Manage access and license usage for tools owned by the API Office

  • Compile data and deliver dashboards and reports that provide transparency into demand, capacity, and performance

  • Ensure information is accurate, current, and easy for stakeholders to consume
  Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT, technical coordination, Agile support, or analyst role

  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams in a hands-on capacity

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfort working with technical teams and learning technical concepts

  • Experience using workflow and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum Master or Agile facilitation experience

  • Exposure to API concepts such as REST, event-driven architecture, integrations, and lifecycle management

  • Experience supporting platform, shared services, or enablement teams

  • Experience creating dashboards or operational reports for leadership or stakeholders
