Job Description

VP of IT for a defense contracting supplierLooking for Top Secret clearance - must have an Active clearance at minimumRemote but must be willing to move near O'Fallon, IL if required
** Must have IT leadership experience with direct reports AND business development experience to ensure future work for staff **
Other responsibilities:
  • With the assistance of VPs and Corporate Leaders, provide LoB business development leadership, to establish and meet targets by winning new contracts, and nurture LoB business development and marketing strategies/plans
  • Establish and provide support to the staff and executive management team for overall LoB strategies, goals, and operational/execution plan
  • Establish, forecast, and meet LoB top line and bottom line financial targets
  • Monitor and manage program/project managers who deliver LoB services and are responsible for customer satisfaction
  • Engage and serve as the liaison with external vendors, suppliers, and outsourcing partners to help establish/facilitate teaming agreements and to market and promote growth opportunities.
  • Establish partnerships with key prime contractor organizations as well as sub-contractors on existing and new programs in the LoB areas
